Exciting times are upon us in Squaw Valley!  The "Squaw Renaissance" is no longer a vision for the future, but a daily reality.  The most anticipated and exciting Intrawest/Squaw Valley Ski Corporation project has opened in grand fashion – The Village at Squaw Valley USA.  The creation of First Ascent Lodge began in April 2000. and Phase II, called 22 Station is open and busy.  It is thrilling as we see these beautiful buildings take form and really frame in the boundaries and the charm of The Village at Squaw Valley USA.  This is certainly an exciting time as we watch The Village come to life.

We’re on-site to provide you with all of the information and rental contracts you will need to move forward with this decision of deciding who you will choose to act as your rental manager. What Do You Do Next?

If you decide to rent your condominium through IHM, then you need to do the following:

  • Please read completely the Rental Management Agreement including all schedules listed below.
  • Please print at least two copies, fill in and sign where indicated. One copy of the Rental Management Agreement needs to be signed for every condominium that you own and intend to make available for rent.
  • Begin to assemble the required insurance certificates, which will be due to us before we can actually let a renter into your condominium. Lets try for 10 days after closing escrow.
  • Fill in the Owner Use Calendar as best you can.
  • Send the Calendar, the signed copy(s) of the Rental Agreement and the copy of your insurance certificate (if you have it ready), as soon as possible to the following address:
