Meet your farmer – An activist and spokeswoman for organic farming, Suzanne Peabody Ashworth, is the owner of Del Rio Botanical, an organic farm in the Sacramento Valley, as well as the author of ‘Seed to Seed.’ Her produce is distributed to @ 60 restaurants & stores in the Tahoe basin.

Kick off the summer by supporting Biking for a Better World's 1st annual bike swap and their newest project, Montana to Mexico, a ride to benefit Disabled Sports, USA Far West's adaptive cycling programs. All biking related items allowed. 15% of sale benefits Biking for a Better World. Donations also welcome. Items may be registered on day of the swap from 8 to 11 AM or drop-off items beginning Monday, May 18th at any time by contacting Jake Spero at 518-956-0523 or JakeSpero@BikingForABetterWorld.org. A $3 entry donation is requested.
