Group Services and Rates

Porterage: Baggage handling is $7.00 roundtrip, per person. Please provide your conference coordinator two weeks advance notice to schedule this service.
* Inform all group guests of arrangements made for porterage

Guest Room Deliveries:  In order to assure our guests an exceptional experience, Front Desk must receive any group/VIP delivery requests 12 days in advance prior to date of delivery. The Front Desk Manager/Supervisor needs to be in possession of ALL pertinent information and possession of items to be delivered no less than 3 hours prior to time of delivery. These expenses can be charged to the master city ledger.
 $3.00 per room for amenities
 $3.00 per trip to deliver packages

Guest/ Group Faxes and Copies:  Fax and Copies are available at the front desk.  The front desk is available 24-hours. 
- Outgoing faxes are $2 for the first page and $1 per each additional page
- Incoming faxes are $1 per page (incoming fax # (530) 584-6290)
- Copies are $ .10 a page

Parking: Heated underground parking is provided and each room receives one parking space at check-in. Front Desk will issue parking permits and inform guests what colored section to park in.  The parking permit should be displayed on the left hand side of the windshield.  Additional vehicles need to be registered at the front desk, charges may apply.

Housekeeping:  Open daily, 24 hours, ext.6224

As part of Intrawest Destination Resorts we have participated in a company wide Project Planet Housekeeping Program.  The Project Planet Program is recognized by the American Hotel and Motel Association as an environmentally friendly program to reduce water, and electricity consumption.  In doing so we are offering only Room Refresh Service during your stay, in which we daily make the beds, empty trash and replace used towels. Additional Housekeeping services are available upon request or at an additional fee.
