The studio condominium is approximately 500 square feet.

All units are completely furnished with warm custom furniture, personal bathroom, color television and DVD player.

The spacious living room includes a queen size sofa sleeper and a cozy gas fireplace with stone hearth. The living room also has a dining room with table and chairs.

For your convenience, the kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and range. A hydronic heating system is used to heat slate tiles on the kitchen and bathroom floors. There is a large closet for storing of clothes.
