The one bedroom condo is approximately 600 square feet.  

All units are completely furnished with warm custom furniture, private balcony with decorative railings, personal bathroom, color television and DVD player. The spacious living room includes a queen size sofa sleeper and a cozy gas fireplace with stone hearth. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room with table and chairs. For your convenience, the kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and range. A hydronic heating system is used to heat slate tiles on the kitchen and bathroom floors. The bedroom has a king-size bed with ample closet space.
