Cancellation Policies

2009 / 2010 Winter Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Valid December 18 - 25, 2009 and January 3 through April 10, 2010. An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking. All reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 1 night deposit.

Subsequently, any nights cancelled within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the value equal to the nights cancelled; date changes and early departures within 7 days are considered cancellations.

2009 Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Valid December 26, 2009 through January 2, 2010. An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking. If the reservation is made prior to December 12, 2009, the balance of the reservation will be taken in full on December 12, 2009. If the reservation is made on December 12, 2009, or after, the full amount will be required as a deposit at the time of booking. Reservations must be canceled prior to November 26, 2009 to receive a full refund; thereafter any cancellations up to December 12, 2009 will result in forfeiture of the first night's deposit, and any cancellations on or after December 12, 2009 will result in forfeiture of entire reservation value; date changes and early departures after December 12 are considered cancellations.

2010 Summer Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Valid April 11, 2010 through December 16, 2010. An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking. All reservations must be cancelled 5 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled within 5 days of arrival will forfeit their 1 night deposit. Subsequently, any nights cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the value equal to the nights cancelled; date changes and early departures within 48 hours are considered cancellations.
