Cancellation Policies

Summer Deposit & Cancellation Policy

 Valid April 1, 2008 through December 18, 2008
An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking the reservation.  All reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund.  All reservations cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of entire deposit.  Any changes, cancellations, or early departures will result in loss of entire reservation amount after check-in.
 

Winter Deposit & Cancellation Policy

 Valid December 19, 2008 through December 25, 2008 and January 4, 2009 through April 12, 2009

An advance deposit of two night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking the reservation.  All reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund.  All reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival date will result in forfeiture of entire deposit.  Any changes, cancellations, or early departures will result in loss of entire reservation amount after check-in.
 

Winter Holiday Deposit & Cancellation Policy

 Valid December 26, 2008 through January 3, 2009

An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking, if the reservation is made prior to November 19, 2008, and the balance of the reservation will be due in full 30 days prior to arrival date.  If the reservation is made on November 19, 2008, or after, the full amount will be required at the time of booking.  All reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled after November 19, 2008 will result in forfeiture of entire amount.  Any changes, cancellations, or early departures will result in loss of entire reservation amount after check-in.

Buy 1 Get 1 Cancellation Policy

For reservations made through the Buy 1 Get 1 Sale, 100% of the reservation value and taxes is due upon booking this special offer and NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations.  This only applies to reservations booked through the Buy 1 Get 1 Sale.

Accessibility at The Village at Squaw Valley USA Condominiums

Intrawest Hospitality Management acts as the rental management agent for many condominium units in The Village at Squaw Valley USA. Each owner chooses whether or not to place his/her condominium unit in the rental program. The Village at Squaw Valley USA and its associated condominium projects are not hotels. Because all condominium units are individually owned and are not part of a hotel, such units may or may not be configured to comply with the accessibility requirements of The Americans with Disabilities Act. The decision of whether or not to make a condominium unit accessible is up to each individual owner. Condominium units meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act may be unavailable or limited in number.
